1. Who we are
Vita Supply Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 07451209). Our registered office is 22 Finsbury Square, London EC2A 1DX.
2. Data we collect
We collect contact information you provide (name, work email, company, country), transactional records related to orders and licensing, and technical data required to operate our APIs and websites (IP address, user agent, request identifiers).
3. Legal basis
We process data on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and — where required — consent. Marketing communications are always opt-in and always include a one-click unsubscribe.
4. How we use it
We use personal data to deliver services, respond to enquiries, meet regulatory obligations (including trade compliance and tax), improve our platform, and — with your consent — send you industry insights.
5. Sharing
We share data only with vetted sub-processors necessary to deliver services (cloud infrastructure, payment providers, logistics partners). A current list is available on request. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Cross-border transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and, where relevant, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
7. Your rights

8. Retention
Transactional data is retained for seven years to meet accounting and tax obligations. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe.
9. Security
Vita Supply operates a SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001-aligned information security program, with encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and formal incident response.
