Terms of Service

Effective: 16 June 2026

1. Agreement

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Vita Supply Ltd for the use of our websites, APIs, and services. Enterprise engagements are additionally governed by a Master Services Agreement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the services to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, or reverse-engineer our systems.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are set out in your order form. Invoices are due net-30 unless otherwise agreed. Late payments accrue interest at the statutory rate.

5. Availability

API uptime targets are defined in the applicable order form. Service credits, where offered, are the sole remedy for downtime.

6. Warranties

Services are provided as described in the applicable documentation. Vita Supply disclaims all other warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Liability

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding twelve months, save for wilful misconduct.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of written notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London — unless a country-specific addendum applies.
